A booked room, a new audience, and the work done before the door opens.

I

A full room, on the night you choose

We work around the night you choose.

II

Guests who come back

People who met in your room remember where it happened. Some return on their own, and bring friends.

III

No commission

Guests pay us for the evening and you for whatever they order. We take nothing from your till.

IV

No new work for your team

No new system, no menu changes, no extra staff. You get the guest list the day before and work a normal service.

02
What we ask

A room with a door and a night you can spare.

Guests are seated together and stay for the evening. Your room is named on the invitation, never the people in it. No cameras, no signage, no press.

A bar room before service

Bar Hartig
Amsterdam · Tuesdays

A back room that used to sit empty on a Tuesday. It now holds an evening a month.

03
Before you ask

What does it cost us?

Nothing. Guests pay us for the evening, and you for whatever they order. No commission, no listing fee.

What if we need to cancel?

Tell us as early as you can and we'll move the night. If it's late notice because something broke or someone called in sick, we'd rather know than not.

What if the night underperforms?

Then we look at why with you, and either change the shape of the evening or stop. We won't ask you to keep a night that isn't working.

Is anyone from the pool there on the night?

No. Everything we do happens before the door opens, the guest list included. Once service starts it's your room and your team.

04
Propose a room

Tell us about your room.

If it looks like a fit, we'll come by.
